1. Scope of Service
Mahalaxmi Insurance provides financial protection and advisory services specifically tailored for the Nepali community in India. Our services include insurance brokerage, savings plans, and financial heritage planning.
2. Eligibility
Services are strictly for individuals residing in India or Nepal who possess valid identification. Clients must provide accurate information to maintain policy validity.
3. Payments and Renewals
Premiums are due on a monthly or annual basis as per the selected plan. A grace period of 30 days is provided for renewals. Failure to pay within this period may result in policy lapse.
4. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage clients to contact our dedicated Nepali support desk before pursuing legal action.
